At Twisted X, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted footwear and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. If your order doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we provide a seamless process for both returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn boots or shoes in their original branded packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
